Sheets up to 1250×2500 mm and up to 5 mm thick, including louvers, countersinks, embosses, and bridges.
An extensive welding department with 4 stations and certified welders.
Welding solutions for a range of materials - aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and steel - using TIG, MIG, spot welding, and laser welding.
We operate Haeger hardware insertion machines and keep a wide inventory of inserts of all types.
Nuts, studs, standoffs, rivets, and more, from the leading manufacturers: PEM, Southco, Böllhoff.
We design and manufacture dies for complex products with high precision requirements.
Press work is performed in-house on eccentric presses of up to 150 tons.
Our machining department includes 3 Doosan 5700 4-axis CNC milling machines.
Travel of up to 500×1000 mm and accuracy of up to 0.02 mm. We produce precision parts from aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and engineering plastics - from a single part or prototype to production series.
Our contour milling department is equipped with a Gravograph IS-900 with a work area of up to 500×1000 mm.
We produce panels, signs, and control panels from aluminum, titanium, brass, copper, stainless steel, and a variety of other materials.
Our polishing and finishing department gives parts a clean, uniform look with no machining marks.
We operate a Timesavers machine with a 1000 mm working width for brushed and linear-grain finishes, alongside manual polishing.
