We operate an Amada laser cutting machine.
We can cut a variety of raw materials
- Aluminum up to 6 mm thick
- Stainless steel up to 6 mm thick
- Iron/steel up to 6 mm thick
Bending
Our bending department includes 3 Amada bending machines with a length of up to 2.5 meters.
Contour Milling
We use some of the most advanced machines in the industry: Gravograph IS-900
We specialize in manufacturing panels for the electronics industry, elevator panels, and various signs.
CNC Machining
Polishing
Our polishing department delivers a clean, uniform finish that removes all machining marks.
Punching
Our punching department includes 3 Amada punching machines with a length of up to 2.5 meters.
Hardware Inserts
We maintain a wide and diverse inventory of hardware inserts of all types, including PEM, Southco, and Bollhoff.
Die Making
We specialize in producing custom dies for challenging products with especially high requirements.
Welding
Our extensive welding department provides welding solutions for a wide range of materials using methods including TIG, MIG, spot welding, and aluminum welding.
Additional Services
- Engraving / scoring and laser marking — performed on-site.
- Coating, painting, and printing processes — carried out via subcontractors.
- Maintenance — company machines are serviced and maintained to the highest standard.
